True to the roots of traditional Asturian architecture, the first floor welcomes you with its classic wooden corridor and cozy rustic windows, housing a comfortable 1.50 m double bed. On the top floor, you will discover an intimate attic room with two single beds and a spacious sofa bed. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, a 22" TV, and a carefully selected pillow menu (memory foam or microfiber) to ensure your perfect rest.

The ground floor stands out with its state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave) alongside an exclusive minibar stocked with local cold meats, preserves, and traditional snacks. For absolute relaxation, we offer a 40" LED TV, board games, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, ideal for creating truly perfect winter afternoons.

A direct heir to traditional rural architecture, the top floor welcomes you with its magnificent typical Asturian balcony facing the valley. Inside, you will discover a cozy and very spacious attic bedroom equipped with a large 1.80 m King-size bed, as well as a comfortable sofa convertible into a 90 cm single bed.

Inclusion and stone warmth (Accessible Ground Floor):
Designed to offer maximum comfort to everyone, the ground floor is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. It highlights a fantastic bedroom with natural stone walls that breathe history and warmth. Both accommodations in the house feature an en-suite bathroom, a 32" Smart TV, and a carefully selected pillow menu (memory foam or microfiber) to guarantee a perfect night's sleep.

Kitchen & Living Room:
Also located on the ground floor is the kitchen-dining area, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave) alongside an exclusive minibar stocked with local cold meats, preserves, and traditional snacks. The living room becomes the ultimate corner for relaxation thanks to its 40" Smart LED TV, board games, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying cozy winter afternoons by the fire.

It is a truly dream environment, perfect to unwind, enjoy long and wonderful walks, and discover idyllic lakes where you can spot deer and other species of local Asturian wildlife.

Iconic routes and summer leisure:
Your stay will allow you to enjoy different routes and trails that pass very close to the houses, such as Senda Tuilla, Ruta la Campeta, or the iconic Senda El Trole, among many others. In addition, if you visit us during the summer months, you can enjoy a fantastic day out at the refreshing Braña Swimming Pools located within walking distance.

Nestled on the slopes of the Tuilla Valley (Langreo), our houses place you right in the strategic center of the region. The immediate surroundings offer magnificent forest trails, idyllic lakes where you can spot deer and local wildlife, and iconic hiking routes like Senda Tuilla, La Campeta, or El Trole. Additionally, during the summer months, you can enjoy a fantastic day out at the local Braña Swimming Pools.

From natural paradise to mining heritage.
Just 10 minutes from the town center and a short drive from the Redes Natural Park (a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve), you will experience the perfect contrast between traditional rural Asturias and the legacy of the Industrial Revolution. Explore historic mining sites and enjoy a fascinating cultural experience with essential visits to the Samuño Valley Ecomuseum, the Museum of Steel Industry (MUSI), or the Mining Museum (MUMI).

Maximum Occupancy: Each house is rented to a specific number of people, which must be declared upon booking (maximum occupancy per house is 4 adults and two children under 14 years old).

EXTRA GUESTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED beyond those stated in the booking. Failing to comply will result in immediate cancellation without any right to stay for that night. The house must be vacated immediately, and the total booking amount will be charged to your card.

BED RESTRICTIONS: SLEEPING MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE IN A DOUBLE BED IS NOT PERMITTED.

🛡️ Cancellation Policy & Stay Rules

  • Free Cancellation: 100% refund of the deposit if cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Late Cancellation: If cancelled less than 7 days in advance, the deposit will be credited for a future stay, subject to availability.
  • Early Departure: In case of leaving the accommodation before the contracted checkout date, no refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds are issued for cancellations under non-refundable rates. If modified, a minimum stay of 4 nights is mandatory.

6. Check-in Process: Upon arrival, guest registration will be conducted. You must present your ID/Passport and the credit card used for booking to verify details.

7. Stay Schedules: Unless otherwise agreed, check-in begins at 6:00 PM on the first day of the rental period and checkout concludes at 12:00 PM on the scheduled departure date.

8. The management of Casa Rural Manuel de Pepa Xuaca reserves the right to modify rates based on seasons or local events. Furthermore, the booking policy is subject to last-minute adjustments.
